При загрузке кода выдает следующую ошибку

Попробовал переустановить драйвера, но система показала, что оптимальные драйвера уже установлены, проверил порт, процессор и драйвер, всё выставлено в соответствии с гайдом с сайта гайвера (смотрел там, т.к. провод и плата из его набора для новичков + код скопирован оттуда же). Не могу понять, в чем еще может быть проблема?
