Рассказать подробнее - например, куда код загрузить пытаетесь? Какая плата выбрана в IDE? Какие настройки для платы?

А на то, что вы тут запустили ответить можно только одно - ХЗ

Код пытаюсь загрузить на такую плату, вроде бы это Arduino UNO.

И в IDE тоже выбрана Arduino UNO
