Fix: Serial Monitor: Arduino Serial Monitor Integration has been disabled by default and added to Tools > Options > Visual Micro > Misc > Use Arduino Serial Monitor due to issues with missing lines especially on port open.
Fix: Compile: ESP32 v3.3.5 PostSaveHex Hooks need additional folder creation to prevent error (later ESP32 Cores provide the additional hook to create this) (Reported Here)
Fix: Hardware Debugging: Arduinot MBED_Nano Boards with the JLink Debugger configuration corrected to use correct cfg name.

Fix: Serial Monitor: PluggableMonitor ReadLine() now waits for a full line terminator and honours ReadTimeout, aligning behaviour with plain COM serial so debugger packets are no longer split/leaked into the Serial Monitor.
Fix: Serial Debug: Ensure when Debugger is enabled no additional NewLines are injected into the Serial Monitor Output when using a PluggableMonitor Port (Arduino serial-monitor.exe)
Fix: Improvements to Serial Viewer buffer sync and Window Activation to avoid Deadlocks causing VS UI to Hang completely (Reported Here and Here)
Fix: Board Manager: Handle tar hard-link entries during board package extraction by copying the linked target file instead of creating a zero-byte output (Seen in Teensyduino v1.62.0 board package for arm-none-eabi-g++ failed to extract).
Fix: Implement CLI Spec for advanced_size output (used in Teensy 4.1 v1.62.0+) (Reported Here)
