далее запускаем AVRDUDE_PROG читаем только фьюзы и там
ставив галку на BOOTRST, шьем только фьюзы
и из IDE шьем заново через программатор

С этим предохранителем при программировании загрузчика он будет запрограммирован правильно, потому что образ записывается во вторую половину флэш-памяти размером 128 КБ, за 2 КБ до конца: по адресу 0x3E000, что правильно.
Делам в ячейку jpm 0, да теряем два килобайта, значит программа (usbasp) должна определять, влезаем до 0x3E000, тогда дописываем джамп, нет выставляем фуз в D9
ты версию прошивки своего USBasp знаешь?
нет, Arduino as ISP не коннектится, а второй программатор неведомо где
на USBasp надо перемычку замкнуть, я думаю ты в курсе)
и запаял пины недостающие и замкнул, не коннектится
